Server Latency issues

Hey guys, as of 15:00 PM we have been experiencing some server latency issues, this is due to some hardware upgrades that were performed earlier this afternoon. New updates coming

As of 1:23 EST we will be down for a 25 min maintenance wndow. We made a few changes to the user interface on the user’s settings page, added a nice section to manage PikBoxes ( our word for albums) and also added some useful info for users who log in for the first time and sync up accounts. Some tweeks were performed to the email parsing scripts as well, this should fix some minor issues...

New Load Balancer -> Awesomeness

So as I said in the previous post a bad load balancer was to blame for the site latency that we were experiencing yesterday and today! It Just so happened to be that the load balancer wasn’t handling requests the right way so a fresh one was put in. Testing is still underway but for the most part the site is responding nice.
